S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții O.C. și B.V.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenții O.C. și B.V. și intimata E.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror A.B.

Procedura legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, judecata Dosarului nr. 2822/200/2008 al Tribunalului Buzău, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 28 septembrie 2012.
