S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul B.I.I..

La apelul nominal se prezintă petentul B.I.I., prin procurator T.L. și intimata P.M. personal, lipsind intimații P.M.A., Comisia locală de fond funciar L., Comisia județeană de fond funciar Argeș, B.I.G., B.N., B.G., B.I.I., U.M. și B.E.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror A.B.
