S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul C.C.D.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul C.C.D. și intimata C.S.N.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror A.B.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, judecata dosarului nr. 6541/55/2012 al Judecătoriei Arad, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 4 septembrie 2012.
