S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul H.I.D.

La apelul nominal se prezintă intimata P.M., prin avocat J.M., lipsind petentul H.I.D. și intimatele Comisia locală de fond funciar P. și Comisia județeană de fond funciar Vâlcea.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror A.B.
