ÎN NUMELE LEGII

DECIDE:

Respinge, ca inadmisibilă, sesizarea formulată de Curtea de Apel Bucureşti - Secţia a VII-a pentru cauze privind conflicte de muncă şi asigurări sociale, în dosarul nr. 58/98/2025, în vederea pronunţării unei hotărâri prealabile cu privire la următoarea chestiune de drept:

Dacă unui subofiţer desemnat prin ordin de zi pe unitate să exercite atribuţiile funcţiei de contabil şef, fără a ocupa acest post prin concurs sau în baza altei împuterniciri legale, i se cuvine plata drepturilor salariale corespunzătoare funcţiei efectiv exercitate prin desemnare.

Obligatorie, potrivit art. 521 alin. (3) din Codul de procedură civilă.
