DECIDE:

Respinge, ca inadmisibilă, sesizarea formulată de Tribunalul Ilfov - Secţia civilă, în dosarul nr. 6336/4/2024, în vederea pronunțării unei hotărâri prealabile cu privire la următoarea chestiune de drept:

În interpretarea prevederilor art. 1 teza întâi și art. 3 din Legea nr. 125/2014 privind scutirea de la plată a unor debite provenite din pensii, cu modificările ulterioare, dispozițiile art. 1 din acest act normativ se aplică și în ipoteza beneficiarilor de pensie, în temeiul Legii nr. 223/2015 privind pensiile militare de stat, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare?

Obligatorie, potrivit art. 521 alin. (3) din Codul de procedură civilă.
