Apreciind că există motive de bănuială legitimă, în sensul dispozițiilor art. 140 C. proc. civ., republicat, va admite cererea formulată de petentul A și va strămuta judecarea cauzei ce formează obiectul dosarelor nr.x/118/2021 și nr.x/118/2021/a1, aflate pe rolul Curții de Apel Constanța - Secția de contencios administrativ și fiscal, la Curtea de Apel Galați, cu păstrarea actelor îndeplinite.

DISPUNE:

Admite cererea formulată de petentul A.
