The court dismissed the appellant's appeal as unfounded, thereby upholding the lower court's judgment that had rejected the claim for annulment of a pension authority decision and recognition of beneficiary status under Law No. 189/2000 for ethnic refugees. The appellant sought benefits based on alleged ethnic persecution during wartime, arguing that she was forced to relocate due to her status. The decisive legal basis was the finding that the evidence did not show the Hungarian authorities had compelled her or her family to leave; her father left voluntarily to avoid deportation, her husband was conscripted, and her own decision to move to her parents' home while her husband was at the front did not constitute ethnic persecution. The court concluded the lower court's ruling was legal and sound, and rejected the appeal under Article 312 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Asupra recursului de față;

Împotriva acestei sentințe a declarat recurs, L.E.
