D I S P U N E:

În temeiul art. 442 din Codul de procedură civilă, se îndreaptă erorile materiale strecurate în considerentele, în minuta și în dispozitivul Deciziei nr. 12 din 28 iunie 2021, pronunţată de Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție – Completul pentru soluționarea recursului în interesul legii în dosarul nr.1133/1/2021, în sensul că, la paragrafele 11 și 89 din considerente, în minuta și în dispozitivul deciziei, în loc de „art.66 din Legea nr. 24/2000”, se menționează „art.68 din Legea nr. 24/2000”.
