The Supreme Court annulled the *contestație în anulare* (annulment appeal) filed by the appellant as *informă* (inadmissible due to lack of substantive content), leaving the previous appellate decision intact and ordering the appellant to pay a 500 RON judicial fine. The dispute arose from the appellant’s challenge to a prior Supreme Court decision that had dismissed their appeal against a labor court judgment; however, the current filing consisted solely of incoherent statements and insults rather than legal arguments, rendering it unintelligible and incapable of judicial review. Relying on the requirements for the form and content of petitions under Art. 133 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the court determined that the abusive and defamatory nature of the request constituted a violation of good faith and an abuse of procedural rights under Art. 187(1)(1)(a) of the Code of Civil Procedure, thereby justifying the annulment and the imposition of the sanction.
