Încheierea nr. 2071/2016

S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul A. privind strămutarea pricinii care formează obiectul Dosarului nr. x/243/2008 aflat pe rolul Judecătoriei Hunedoara.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petentul A. și intimații B., C., D., E., Comisia Județeană de Fond Funciar de pe lângă Prefectura Județului Hunedoara, F., Comisia Locală de Fond Funciar Teliucul Inferior.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
