S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petentul A. privind strămutarea pricinii care face obiectul Dosarului nr. x/3/2016 al Tribunalului București.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petentul A., intimatele B. și SC C. SA prin lichidator judiciar D. SPRL.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
