S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petenta SC A. SRL privind strămutarea pricinii care formează obiectul dosarului nr. x/215/2013 al Tribunalului Dolj.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petenta SC A. SRL și intimații Consiliul Local al orașului Dabuleni și Orașul Dăbuleni prin Primar.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
