S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenţii G.N., D.L., G.L. şi D.D.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenţii G.N., D.L., personal si asistaţi de avocat Iordăchescu llie Ion şi petenţii G.L. şi D.D., reprezentaţi de avocat I.l.I. şi intimata S.M. personal şi asistată de avocat A.P.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror N.L.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Magistratul asistent referă asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidenţă informatizată a instanţelor, Dosarul nr. 28337/300/2010 al Tribunalului Bucureşti, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la data de 23 iunie 2015.
