ÎN NUMELE LEGII

DECIDE:

Respinge ca inadmisibilă sesizarea formulată de Tribunalul Sibiu – Secţia I civilă, prin încheierea pronunţată în data de 23 decembrie 2014, în dosarul nr. 18699/306/2013, aflat pe rolul acestei instanţe, privind pronunţarea unei hotărâri prealabile pentru dezlegarea modului de interpretare şi aplicare a dispoziţiilor art. 711 şi următoarele din Codul de procedură civilă.

Obligatorie, potrivit dispoziţiilor art. 521 alin. (3) din Codul de procedură civilă.

Pronunţată în şedinţă publică astăzi, 27 aprilie 2015.
