S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petentul C.I. privind strămutarea procesului civil ce formează obiectul Dosarului nr. 5276/2/2014 al Curţii de Apel Bucureşti.

La apelul nominal lipsesc atât petentul, cât şi intimatul Statul Român, prin Ministerul Finanţelor Publice, reprezentat de Direcţia Regională a Finanţelor Publice Giurgiu.
