S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul C.T.

La apelul nominal au lipsit atât petentul, cât și intimata A.A.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror N.L.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinita.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că strămutarea a fost legal timbrată, iar, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 183/229/2013 al Judecătoriei Târgu Neamț, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 02 octombrie 2014.
