S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul U.C.C.

La apelul nominal petentul se prezintă petentul, prin avocat C.U., lipsă fiind intimații Consiliul Local Ploiești și U.l.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror N.L.

Procedura de citare este legai îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că strămutarea a fost legal timbrată, iar potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosar nr. 32576/281/2012 al Tribunalului Prahova, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 13 noiembrie 2014
