S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta Asociația de Pădurit și Pășunat Țigănești de Criș.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta și intimatele Comisia Locală Brusturi de aplicare a Legii Fondului Funciar și Comisia Județeană Bihor de aplicare a Legii Fondului Funciar.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că a fost legal timbrată cererea de strămutare, iar potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul nr. 392/177/2012 al Judecătoriei Aleșd, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la 08 decembrie 2014.
