S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul I.I.D.

La apelul nominal au lipsit atât petentul, cât și intimații A.S., I.E., I.A.M., Comisia Locală Fărcășești de fond funciar, Comisia Județeană Gorj pentru stabilirea dreptului de proprietate privată asupra terenurilor și Direcția Silvică Gorj.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror N.L.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că strămutarea a fost legal timbrată, iar potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 8454/95/2013 al Tribunalului Gorj, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 4 februarie 2014.
