S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentele B.Z. și F.L.I.

La apelul nominal au lipsit atât petentele cât și intimații G.C., G.M., V.I. și V.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror N.L.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că strămutarea a fost legal timbrată, iar, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor Dosarul nr. 19164/318/2011 al Tribunalului Gorj, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data 29 ianuarie 2014.
