S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții P.C. și P.N.

La apelul nominal a răspuns intimata D.G., prin mandatar D.M., lipsă fiind petenții.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror N.L.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că strămutarea a fost legal timbrată, iar potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 5933/215/2013 al Tribunalului Dolj, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost suspendat în temeiul art. 40 alin. (2) C. prov. civ.. De asemenea, în termen legal, a depus întâmpinare intimata D.G. prin care solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare.
