S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul T.P.C.

La apelul nominal au lipsă atât petentul cât și intimații B.V.N.D., B.A., B.A.L. și L.P.A.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror N.L.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că strămutarea a fost legal timbrată, iar potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 19485/325/2009 al Tribunalului Timiș, a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la data de 7 martie 2014.
