S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta P.D.

La apelul nominal se prezintă intimata D.C., personal, lipsind petenta și intimatul D.N.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 11213/288/2012 al Tribunalului Vâlcea, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la 4 martie 2014.
