S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții M.C. și M.O.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenții și intimata B.F.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 600/231/2013 al Tribunalului Vrancea, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen de judecată la 13 martie 2014.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate verbal.
