S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul B.C.F.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul și intimata SC S. SRL.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 6390/311/2012* al Tribunalului Olt, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat prin Decizia nr. 35 din 3 februarie 2014.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public, solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare, ca rămasă fără obiect.
