S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de potenta T.M.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petenta T.M. și intimații I.I., P.M., Primăria Comunei Padeș prin primar T.M. și Oficiul de cadastru și publicitate imobiliară Gorj.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Magistralul asistent face referatul cauzei și arată că cererea de strămutare este legal timbrată, că a fost comunicată intimaților și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la 6 martie 2014.
