S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată petentul B.I.C.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul și intimații G.I., G.M., G.I., L.E.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.V.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent asupra faptului că a fost legal timbrată cererea de strămutare și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 2709/317/2012 al Tribunalului Gorj, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat prin Decizia nr. 808 din 3 septembrie 2014.

Reprezentantul Ministerului Public solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare, ca rămasă fără obiect.
