S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta S.C.

La apelul nominal, se prezintă intimata I.F., personal și asistată de avocat I.L., care îi reprezintă și pe intimații I.I.M., I.A.I., lipsă fiind petenta S.C., Intimații Comisia Județeană de Fond Funciar Argeș, Comisia Locală de Fond Funciar Bascov, Municipiul Pitești prin primar, Consiliul Local al Municipiului Pitești, Administrația Domeniului Public Pitești.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.N.
