S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta S.S.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta S.S., intimații P.P., P.I., Municipiul Râmnicu Vâlcea prin primar, SC P.P. SA Râmnicu Vâlcea.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.N.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
