S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul S.A.D.

La apelul nominal, lipsesc petentul S.A.D., intimații Comisia Locală de Fond Funciar Drobeta-Turnu Severin, Comisia Județeană de Fond Funciar Mehedinți, R.Gh.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.N.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare are termen de judecată la data 23 septembrie 2014.
