S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare a Dosarului nr. 6064/236/2008 al Tribunalului Giurgiu, formulată de petentul P.S.

La apelul nominal se prezintă avocat O.A.M., pentru petentul P.S. și avocat C.I., pentru intimatul V.V..

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror D.L.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
