Magistratul asistent referă că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare a fost soluționat la data de 20 mai 2014.

Se mai referă că petenta M.A. a depus la dosar dovada plății taxei judiciare de timbru și a timbrului judiciar, precizări și un set de înscrisuri.
