Magistratul asistent referă că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 23055/3/2008, ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare, are termen de judecată la data de 12 septembrie 2014.

Se mai referă că cererea este legal timbrată și că mai există o cerere de strămutare a aceluiași dosar, formulată de intimata M.M., aliată spre soluționare pe rolul secției I civile a Înaltei Curți de Casație și Justiție, cu termen de judecată la 19 iunie 2014.
