S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare a Dosarului nr. 14377/318/2013 al Judecătoriei Târgu Jiu, formulată de petenții B.Z. și F.L.I.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petenții B.Z., F.L.I. și intimații G.C., G.M., V.I. și V.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
