S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta I.A.E.

La apelul nominal s-a prezentat petenta, personal, lipsă fiind intimații R.Gh. și R.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.N.

Magistratul asistent a făcut referatul cauzei, arătând că procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

S-a arătat și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 6034/90/2013 al Tribunalului Vâlcea, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 21 ianuarie 2014.

Petenta a solicitat admiterea cererii pentru motivele invocate în scris și prezentate verbal.
