S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare a Dosarului nr. 8725/740/2011 al Tribunalului Teleorman, formulată de petentul U.G.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petentul și intimata SC A.N. SRL.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că strămutarea a fost legal timbrată, iar potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la data de 7 mai 2014.
