S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare a Dosarului nr. 18132/271/2011 al Judecătoriei Oradea, formulată de petentul G.R.N.

La apelul nominal au lipsit petentul și intimații C.P., P.I.C., G.D.A. și N.E.G.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că strămutarea a fost legal timbrată, iar potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la data de 17 iunie 2014.
