S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta I.C.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenta și intimata V.C.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror V.L., din cadrul parchetului de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de către magistratul asistent că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 10876/311/2012 al Tribunalului Olt, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost soluționat la data de 13 februarie 2014.
