S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta Societatea Bancară CEC B. SA.

La apelul nominal se prezintă avocat C.L., pentru intimatul D.D., lipsind petenta Societatea Bancară CEC B. SA.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror L.N.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul ce face obiectul cererii de strămutare are termen de judecată la data de 28 aprilie 2014.
