S-a luat în examinare cererea formulată de petenta N.D. prin care s-a solicitat strămutarea Dosarului nr. 3150/205/2008 al Judecătoriei Câmpulung.

La apelul nominal se prezintă intimatele G.N. și C.C., personal, lipsă fiind petenta N.D., precum și intimații M.M., M.Gh., M.I., F.G., M.I.A., M.A., Ț.R., P.Gh. și P.D.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procurorul de ședință Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Magistratul asistent face referatul cauzei și arată că cererea de strămutare este legal timbrată și că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen de judecată la data de 8 aprilie 2014.
