S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta D.E.

La apelul nominal se prezintă avocat B.F., pentru petentă, lipsind intimații Comuna Aninoasa prin Primar, SCCA F. Dâmbovița.

Din partea Ministerului Public participă procurorul de ședință D.L.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Cererea a fost timbrată corespunzător.
