S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta I.F.

La apelul nominal se prezintă mandatar I.G., pentru petentă, lipsind intimații Comisia Locală de Fond Funciar Bocșa, Comisia Județeană pentru Stabilirea Dreptului de Proprietate Maramureș, Orașul Borșa prin Primar – T.R.Ș.

Din partea Ministerului Public participă procurorul de ședință D.L.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Cererea a fost timbrată corespunzător.

Magistratul asistent face raportul cauzei și arată că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 1975/336/2011* al Tribunalului Maramureș a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la 4 decembrie 2013.
