S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul R.V.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petentul R.V. și intimata ATA SA - Sucursala Maramureș - Agenția Vișeu.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror D.L. din cadrul Parchetului de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casație și Justiție.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Cererea este legal timbrată.
