S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta D.M.V.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petenta, prin mandatar N.B., lipsind intimații F.Gh., F.C.L., T.G., T.I., P.V. și P.D.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 18827/318/2012 al Judecătoriei Târgu Jiu, a cărui strămutare se solicită, are termen la data de 29 noiembrie 2013.
