S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul SN I.P. SA.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petentul, prin avocat F.G. și intimata SC P.R. SRL, prin avocat G.D.G., lipsind intimata SC G.D. SRL.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror Ș.S.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.
