S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenții E.Gh. și E.M.

La apelul nominal lipsesc petenții și intimata SC U.C. SA.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, Dosarul nr. 673/233/2009 al Judecătoriei Galați, a cărui strămutare se solicită, a fost suspendat la data de 17 octombrie 2013, în temeiul art. 1551 C. proc. civ.

Procurorul de ședință solicită respingerea cererii de strămutare.
