S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petentul G.D.N.

La apelul nominal a răspuns petentul prin mandatar I.P. și intimata I.P. personal, lipsă fiind intimatul G.N.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Magistratul asistent face referatul cauzei, arătând că procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită. Se mai referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la 3 decembrie 2013.

Intimata I.P. solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate în scris, pe care le expune și oral.
