S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare formulată de petenta SC E. SRL.

La apelul nominal a răspuns petenta reprezentată de avocat C.F., lipsă fiind intimata SC S. SRL.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror S.Ș.

Magistratul asistent face referatul cauzei, arătând că procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită. Se mai referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că, potrivit programului de evidență informatizată a instanțelor, dosarul a cărui strămutare se solicită are termen la 26 noiembrie 2013.

Reprezentantul petentei solicită admiterea cererii de strămutare pentru motivele invocate în scris, pe care le expune și oral.
