S-a luat în examinare cererea de strămutare a Dosarului nr. 5184/105/2013 al Tribunalului Prahova, formulată de petentul C.T.

La apelul nominal se prezintă petentul C.T., personal și intimata C.M.A., personal, lipsind intimații Municipiul Ploiești, C.M.

Ministerul Public este reprezentat de procuror D.L.

Procedura de citare este legal îndeplinită.

Se referă de magistratul asistent asupra faptului că cererea de strămutare este legal timbrată, iar potrivit evidenței informatizate a instanțelor ECRIS, dosarul a cărui judecată se solicită a fi strămutată, are termen de judecată la 21 noiembrie 2013.
